Get ready for class
We’re located at shop 24/106 Terralong street Kiama - level 2 of the Centrepoint Building.
You can get to us via the carpark off Collins street or the stairs through the front entrance of the building off Terralong Street. You'll see us at the far side of the carpark.
Studio 2 is located on the ground floor of the building, at the bottom of the stairs directly outside Studio 1.
If you are attending an early morning class (before 8am), the front entrance of the Centerpoint Building will be locked and you will need to enter via the carpark.
If either studio is free before your class, you are welcome to warm up there. Otherwise you are welcome to wait and warm up in reception outside studio 1.

TO WEAR
STUDENTS (MNI-SNR)
Ages 3 to 17
Please see our Student Uniform Guide
(ADULTS) +
AGES 18 +
Wear whatever you feel comfortable in!
If you’re unsure, we recommend a soft stretchy fabric short sleeve shirt and soft stretchy fabric shorts, leggings or sweatpants
If you would like to wear a leotard for ballet class, we love the Capezio Meryl Boatneck Leotard or the Bloch Laurina Boat Neck Womens Leotard
We recommend soft split sole ballet shoes in canvas - such as the Capezio Hanami Ballet Shoe or the Bloch Performa Stretch Canvas (but socks are also fine!)
Socks or barefeet are best for contemporary and sneakers for commercial
For heels class, you don’t have to wear heels! Feel free to come in sneakers or bare feet. If you’re wearing heels we recommend a stiletto heel with ankle support, such as a stiletto boot. We also recommend wearing longer pants so to make floorwork easier.
TO BRING
Yourself and a water bottle
We have yoga mats, blocks, bands and bolsters at The Studio for you to use. You can of course bring your own.
At reception, we can get you signed up and help you with booking classes, if you are having any troubles with the online system. We can accept cash payments but do not give change.
For students (ages 3 to 17), we run a drop off policy. We are a small studio and to ensure everyone’s health and safety, we minimise the number of people in the studio at any one time. We also find that students focus and learn much better when they are left independently.
There are always at least two staff members on duty for all kids classes.
